SUBJECT: APPLICATION INVITED FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIALS/SPARES AS SPECIFIED IN THE “TRADE GROUP” FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION BY MAHARASHTRA METRO RAIL CORPORATION LIMITED.
The applications are invited from the Manufacturers for registration of their Products/Materials/Spares for items required for the projects in the various Trade Group of Rolling stock, Electrical items, Signalling & Telecommunication, Civil Construction Materials & Chemicals, Fasteners, Bridge Bearings, Fire Fighting Systems, Structural Steel Items etc.

Interested vendor may download the “Vendor Registration Policy - 2022” and read it carefully. Application Form are provided and other requirement are detailed in the policy booklet. Intended vendor may submit their application in prescribed format along with required details and supporting documents (Hard copies serially numbered) & Vendor Registration Scrutiny Fee of INR: 20,000.- (Twenty Thousand Only)-(non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft drawn infavour of Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, payable at Nagpur to the address of Executive Director (Procurement), First Floor, “Metro Bhawan” Near DikshaBhoomi, East High Court Road, Nagpur 440010, Maharashtra (INDIA) Tel: 0712-2554217 for further process.
The application shall be processed as per norms & procedure of Maha-Metro as detailed in “Vendor Registration Policy - 2022”. The outcome of initial scrutiny shall be intimated to vender by a letter. The Initial Vendor Registration Scrutiny Fees irrespective of outcome of scrutiny (either acceptance or rejection of application) shall not be refunded to applicant vendor.
After acceptance of competent authority, applicant Vendor will have to deposit required registration fees as detailed in “Vendor Registration Policy - 2022”. The required registration fees shall also be intimated to applicant by a separate letter.
Vendor may please note that registration of any product is just a recognition by Maha Metro. Maha Metro does not assure / Guarantee for any supply order or business after registration. The supply is purely based on commercial terms & condition of contractor who are engaged by Maha Metro for construction or Operation & Maintenance of Metro Services
